Growing up in a culture that didn't value tall and bulky figures, I faced years of weight-related bullying. At 18, I developed a fear of carbs and turned to extensive running for aesthetics and as an emotional outlet.

However, everything changed when I discovered bodybuilding. The supportive community, positive affirmations, and perseverance ignited my passion for fitness. I explored various areas, optimizing my performance and overall well-being.

It took years to create a lifestyle I was proud of, finding my own balance. Fitness completely transformed my perspective on life, inspiring me to share my knowledge with the world.

There's no secret diet or exercise program; you make it your own. Embracing fitness has been my journey to self-discovery and empowerment.
