I've always been a chubby kid growing up, and my overeating habits put me in a cycle of unhealthy and unfit lifestyle. I maybe had 4 failed fitness journeys by then. But this time, I started with the thought of - “What can I do differently to not fail like the last few miserable times?”. And that was when I met Nikki.
I was in my late twenties with a naive perspective towards health and no fitness knowledge. All I had was an intention to figure out a way to not fail. The first thing I had to work on was to be consistent, show up to every workout. And I let Nikki take care of the rest.
She gave me a foundation to comprehend health and fitness as a progressive process. She empowered me with knowledge. She designed my workout routines. She gave me the understanding of different muscle groups and exercises to train each group. While answering a few of my questions, she explained my workout and how it aligned with my fitness goals. She helped in finding the right combination of Cardio exercises and strength training for my goals. When she felt comfortable with my progress, she introduced me to Nutrition. “Always have a good relationship with food.” was the first thing she told me about nutrition. This line was the guardrail for my nutrition journey.
Nikki played a pivotal role in my lifestyle changes and fitness journey.

Having been an endurance athlete my whole life, the idea of beginning weight training was daunting. I had an athletic foundation in place, but little to no knowledge of how to use it in strength training, so I decided to do personal training. From my first session with her, Nikki was great and knowledgeable.
